The lab was clean and the lab technician was on time for my appointment. The process was was fast. I give it a 5++.
Avoid at all cost. I would give 0 stars if possible. Waiting for 2 hours as a standby only to be told at 12:00 that the cutoff ends at 11:30 for drug screens. Waste of time. Horrible service.
The staff were highly professional and courteous. The phlebotomist was excellent. Highly experienced
The entire staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I have never experienced such a warm and caring energy in a medical setting. Every interaction including those working with other patients had a welcoming smile on their faces. Thank you for a top tier experience.
WOW! The two ladies working here are SUPER kind and really efficient with their job!!!! It’s so nice to feel welcome and that someone cares!
