They were "too busy" to do all my bloodwork and could only complete one order cause they couldnt wait for me to email my other 2 orders. There were only 2 people in the lobby.
Scheduled a blood test a month in advanced and on a specific day. Their system was down but they blamed the corporate Quest. I have to wait a whole month before I can schedule again and I have no idea if they will have a computer issue again or not. I’ve never had any issues with another Quest location but it’s frustrating and a waste of time and gas today. They just said sorry, next customer.
.It was easy to make an appt. I was in and out in no time. My Phlebotomist was friendly and professional.
Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. The check-in text was great. No fumbling trying to scan the QR code.
Nothing fancy. They do blood work for jobs, etc and get you in and out quickly.
