Nurse was very harsh. I still don’t have how to receive my results, because a mistake was made with my data when I went to collect the sample and now the online system doesn’t recognize my ID. So I can’t sign in to receive my results.
Went to carlisle,pa office. Went in as a walk in, the very friendly lady took me back in 20 min, and did a great job drawing my blood. She was so nice, and I appreciate her not making wait. Thank you Quest!
“Ignorance” is a word you can describe here let me discuss my experience… so I get there with my child not knowing rules this parts my fault “BUT” thinking it was okay I had my child with me and what I think was ignorance is the nurses kept walking out gathering patients and looked right at us “me and my child” and we’ve been there for almost a hour waiting… to only be told as soon as I was called up I can’t have my child here I must leave…? Not a bad place but I think the people that has to go for a drug test should be able to go first instead of waiting 2 and a half hours just to do a drug test
