Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with billing and customer service. The lab staff was rude and condescending, and the billing system is completely flawed. They are unable to properly process two insurance plans and routinely misapply payments. I was repeatedly asked to pay charges that had already been paid, yet no one could clearly explain what the charges were for or even review payment history. Speaking with a supervisor was no help.
