Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with billing and customer service. The lab staff was rude and condescending, and the billing system is completely flawed. They are unable to properly process two insurance plans and routinely misapply payments. I was repeatedly asked to pay charges that had already been paid, yet no one could clearly explain what the charges were for or even review payment history. Speaking with a supervisor was no help. I always schedule an appointment time on the app, and check in by clicking the link sent to my email. They always call me back by my appointment time and are always professional and skilled at their craft.
Phlebotomist was kind and completed my bloodwork in a timely manner. The office is clean and comfortable. This is a great place for laboratory testing in the Cumberland County area, especially if you live in Carlisle or Mechanicsburg, just right off I-81.
Very slow, appointment said 9:30 I got into 11:00, staff and employees are disrespectful.
