Beyond a drag. Have been twice, with appointments for blood draws that required fasting. First time the technician called me in, 30 minutes late for a 2:20 appointment, to tell me my insurance didn’t cover the test. Turned out it would have had she done things right. Second time, 15 minutes after my 10:40 appointment time, seven us in the lobby were told they were running late, and it would take at least 45 more minutes to get to me. The location is conveniently located. The people there are nice and friendly. Corporately, the registration procedure and timeliness of the results are abysmal. I will avoid Quest in the future if at all possible.
Very nice staff, but appointments are a MUST as they're so busy you'll be sitting for a long time as a walk in❤️
long waits, understaffed, untrained, a little dirty, extra pokes. If able I would suggest avoiding this place.
