I really like the technician who drew my blood. She doesn’t hurt me at all. She is friendly and pleasant and informative. She always lets me know if the test is covered or there is a charge.
Angela, the technician that I worked with, turned my opinion of this facility completely around. The first experience that I had with this facility was extremely negative, but I feel completely changed in that opinion because of Angela. Please consider giving her some kind of increase and pay or at the minimum recognition of her abilities.
Beyond a drag. Have been twice, with appointments for blood draws that required fasting. First time the technician called me in, 30 minutes late for a 2:20 appointment, to tell me my insurance didn’t cover the test. Turned out it would have had she done things right. Second time, 15 minutes after my 10:40 appointment time, seven us in the lobby were told they were running late, and it would take at least 45 more minutes to get to me. The location is conveniently located. The people there are nice and friendly. Corporately, the registration procedure and timeliness of the results are abysmal. I will avoid Quest in the future if at all possible.
