I was able to schedule my appointment on the app and got in and out very quickly. After I checked in on the machine I only waited like 2 minutes. The lab tech was very polite and explained what I was getting. She even told me to have a great day. (Which last time I was at Quest I didn't even get that.) So thank you for being so nice and treating me like a human. I have been to Quest Labs a few times and she was the nicest ever. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves a kudus for a job well done.

The best blood draw experience I've ever had! I was scheduled for 1:00, the phlebotomist took me back a bit early at 12:58 and I was finished & out the door at 1:05. The speed didn't compromise the quality of care either- My phlebotomist (sadly I didn't get her name, but a long-haired older woman) is clearly very skilled & confident so it didn't feel like she was rushing. I hardly even felt the needle and had ZERO site bleeding afterward. I'll definitely be going here for future lab work! :)

Don't try to come to any Quest labs as a walk-in. The labs are severely understaffed and can barely handle the appointments. You need more employees to handle walk-ins. I hate having to go to quest for lab work. I will be asking my doctor to send me to a different company for lab work. I avoid having to visit Quest. The employee at this facility was great just alone and too much is expected of the person.
