Sandra and Kelly are the BEST! They are friendly and HIGHLY SKILLED at their jobs as neither have ever had any problems with my tiny veins. (Other techs I have seen over the course of my lifetime have pricked me numerous times trying to find a vein.) CORPORATE: Waiting room TV is annoying. Please put on radio instead. Would appreciate receptionist to scan in orders to reduce wait time. The phlebotomists would then be able to see more patients. Need more butterfly needles at this location.
