An horrific experience. I made an appointment for Thursday, August 19th at 10.45. I arrived at 10.40 and was immediately ill at ease at the large number of people “hanging around the door.” I entered to register to find the lone technician in the waiting room yelling out in a very unprofessional way that she as the only technician that day.
