Mary at the Shelby Physician's building location is absolutely amazing, always so friendly and cheerful! She's always so positive and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else, she just makes blood draw days better.
My blood work was quick and easy. Mrs Mary was so warm and inviting ! She held great conversation while making sure she did her job. Nothing but a positive experience .
The kiosk said I was 10 minutes late but the tech came out and took me in to get the blood draw. No one was in the waiting area. Pam was an awesome tech. Quick and hit the vein 1st try. She was friendly and I enjoyed the visit!
Mary did an outstanding job. She was careful and thorough with documentation, and showed care and empathy during the blood draw. The facility is neat, clean, and modern. Will definitely be coming back to this facility for future lab work.
The technician that serviced my lab work was marvelous. I wish I had gotten her name - maybe it will show on the paperwork. She is a credit to your business when so many are aloof and uninterested in the patient. Additionally, the appointment scheduling setup, etc. is very convenient to use.
