People are funny! When some people can't get their way or feel entitled, they come to the reviews to downplay the company, the staff or just the person they face. Quest/Alabaster is one of the best places to be serviced to get bloodwork. The lady (Ms. Mary) that always service me and my family is well pass great, wonderful, amazing and caring. The lady and I am sorry I can't remember her name was very nice and put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. She was very good at her job and got my vein in the first try. Some nurses have trouble getting my blood because the vein is deep and roll. I didn't have an appointment, but a lady was leaving as I walked in the door. I was in the hospital that day because my husband was having a process run that day. So I had time to run down and get the blood work done and get back to him in great time.
Made an appointment online for the same day. Mary was extremely nice and has good conversation with you! Will definitely be back for any blood work! High recommend!
Absolutely no patients in office and the lady said we couldn't choose standby. She said had to choose appointment because they have a full schedule a patient every 10 mins yet no one in the office besides me and 1 other patients trying to get our bloodwork done. Great experience with Mary the phlebotomist. She greeted me and was very efficient at her job. She made the process quick and comfortable. I will definitely choose this location again because of her.
