The lady and I am sorry I can't remember her name was very nice and put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. She was very good at her job and got my vein in the first try. Some nurses have trouble getting my blood because the vein is deep and roll. I didn't have an appointment, but a lady was leaving as I walked in the door. I was in the hospital that day because my husband was having a process run that day. So I had time to run down and get the blood work done and get back to him in great time.

Absolutely no patients in office and the lady said we couldn't choose standby. She said had to choose appointment because they have a full schedule a patient every 10 mins yet no one in the office besides me and 1 other patients trying to get our bloodwork done. Mary was amazing! I was nervous going in but she was so nice and comforting. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning to this location in the future. The process was quick, easy, and painless. 10/10

I don't know why they think they are protected Fort Knox but the check in is a joke. I can't stand offices like this. My work made me come here for a test. I don't like this at all. Now the lady who drew my blood was very nice polite friendly and knew what she was doing.

I usually come here to get my labs done and have always felt welcomed by Mrs. Mary, but this morning it was someone different and she was rude all because I spoke up and advocated on what was missing on my lab order. She was also rough when she stuck me with the needle to the point it left me with a big bruise. I pray she's not like this with other patients.
