I don't know why they think they are protected Fort Knox but the check in is a joke. I can't stand offices like this. My work made me come here for a test. I don't like this at all. Now the lady who drew my blood was very nice polite friendly and knew what she was doing.

The East Setauket office had a blonde lady that was extremely rude to my father of 90, and I. He is in a wheel chair, breath machine, and very frail. I arrived there there a few minutes after check-in was allowed, and she told us too bad, and we'll have to come back another time. It was a very difficult time getting him there and hearing a very rude person tell us too bad and good bye makes me never want to use your services again. I have been really pleased with everything about this office. The check-in process is very simple. The kiosk helps keep things moving right along and avoids people standing and chitchatting with a receptionist and prevents mistakes being made about appointment times. Making an appointment that was convenient for me was extremely simple online and the staff seems to do everything possible to keep those appointment times even when people without appointments are pitching a fit about being seen next. 🙄 Mary drew my blood twic... read more

I had a great experience at the Alabaster Alabama location. Mary was kind, compassionate and she was very knowledgeable. Because I made an appointment, I didn’t have to wait at all. I will definitely continue to use this location for my labs in the future.
