This Quest location was very easy in and out with my appointment made prior, staff was extremely pleasant and professional.
When you make a appointment bring a extra 30-40 minutes at least. Same for dropping off a specimen, don't bother with a appointment for that, they will not see you faster. Dropping this to 1 star, why are they making such a deal about sample drop off? Sticker and name is already on there, literally send me away standing in front of me refusing to accept the sample. I will find a different place.
