I was a walk in. At 220 I made an appointment via kiosk for 250. Reasonable. I was seen at approximately 235. The technician was friendly and talented.
I dread having to go to quest. My scheduled appointment time is never honored and I have to wait long after. Sometimes my appointment magically disappears. Ive had to do test collection for 24 hrs and they lost it so I had to do it again and its not fun. Just go to the penn valley one, its smoother and more professional

I have never been a patient here, but I received patient information and appointment information for one of this lab's patients, as well as a link giving me the ability to manage this person's appointments. I tried contacting Quest Diagnostics about this, but they gave me the runaround, eventually rerouting me to a line that left me waiting on hold for over half an hour before I gave up.
