Quest Diagnostics is very efficient and was timely in taking me in a very reasonable amount of time. The procedure was quick and I was treated with respect. I highly recommend the company.

This whole clinic is a wreck. Some staff are unbelievably rude and untrained. I asked that the door to the room I was in be shut (the only room of 3 that had a door) to discuss my tests. That is my RIGHT for privacy under HIPAA law. The other two rooms only have curtains. You can hear everything discussed in the rooms from the lobby. Extremely unprofessional - and illegal. Want a nasty hematoma? How about getting bombarded with loud ads you can’t escape in their waiting room? Wanna pay the full price of the testing at your blood draw and get billed over and over again? Choose Quest! Bonus point for listening to one of the phlebotomists getting yelled at in the back. The hematoma was significantly worse than the photo and incredibly painful. This was two weeks later. I puked in the Taco Bell parking lot after my draw from the pain. Had no idea how bad it was until I got home and looked.
