The access to this place is appalling. You cannot call and speak to a human at any point and neither Google nor Apple Maps will get you to the building. The hospital campus in grass valley is an unhelpful maze of incomplete signs and even signs that direct you to your location but are in fact inaccurate. When you get there, there are also no clerical staff to assist you so you have to use another computer to try and get your appointment or schedule one. The waiting room was full, but because I had made an appointment I was whisked right in. The nurse was very competent and I was back in my car within 15 minutes.
