They never seem to have the orders the doctor sends electronically, if I don’t have a paper to bring with me, I can’t get the tests. Not all doctors send me with the papers. It’s a hassle every single time. The staff are always nice but quest need better organization and to fix the electronic order issues
No office has a front office. Dr told me I could drop a sample at any quest but I had to sign in into a kiosk and wait to get seen by a phlobotamist but I didn’t need one. This is ridiculous. These big corporations get away with cutting corners and replacing people with computers to save money but not everything can be done by computers. Absolutely ridiculous.
