A great experience as usual
Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t know who pissed in their coffee, but they do not know how to talk to people. The lady with the flower tattoo on her left hand was extremely rude. Talking bad about customers to her colleagues. if you want someone who hates their job and makes your blood boil, then have at it.
We spent 7 minutes for our appointment. We appreciate the efficient intake process at Quest.
Place will waste your time with no consideration
By far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had with any company in the Healthcare space (which says a lot given that it's the most non-consumer friendly industry in the USA). It's abundantly clear that they don't care about their customers even a little bit. They have engineered a cost-saving system that makes it literally impossible to speak with a human being throughout the entire appointment process.
