This Quest Location NEEDS to add on Google Maps that this location IS NOT a Lab Collection site!!! Geezum!!!! Also, note this location has 3 other entrances and NO ARROW on this door sign to get to “Main Entrance”. Once you eventually find the MAIN ENTRANCE” door, the sign on door says “NOT A LAB COLLECTION SITE”. Fire their Facilities Manager!!!
Not open!
9 days waiting for a blood test that I was monitoring online (opening an online account was a pain in itself). Had to finally call in and go through 1000 questions until the very nice lady finally emailed them to me. After I panicked when she asked for a fax number in order to be able to send them. When I received the email, I had to yet open another account with Quest in order to be able to access the secure message. WAAAAY complicated and zero automated. Not a good experience at all, get your systems in order !
Was locked up when it was supposed to be open.
This office was supposed to be open at 8am. I arrived at 9am and they were not open. I tried calling and there is no way to talk to a human for assistance. I went to another location and received terrible service.
