On time and tech was excellent First time there and was very impressed. Would use again and refer family and friends.
Confusion in the lab as to who I was and why I was there, although I checked in on line on my phone as I was told to do. Rough (maybe inexperienced) technician who dug around with the needle, although I have good veins. It was quite painful .I now have a 4 inch wide bruise. I will never go back there.
