very efficient staff , treat you well and fast service.
I made an appointment yesterday and it still says I have an appointment for today...NO ONE CONTACTED ME to say they were closed today. Like if you were gonna be closed at least cancel the appointments so people dont drive out to your building.

I will never go back to the Penn Hills location. I was shocked at how rude the one tech was. When I returned to the "cubby" with my urine (kidney stones) there was no one around. I found my tech and another tech in a break room eating pizza. It was 2:30 pm, they close at 3pm. Neither one apologized. I was told to put my urine in a basket, but they never put a label on it. There was another patient urine in the basket and I could not see a label on it. I'll never know if they properly labeled the urine. Absolutely unbelievabl... read more
