The staff is always so friendly and they are quick. I have always had a great experience getting blood work done here!
Getting labs done here was an excruciating experience, and not at all how you’d expect. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning and when I was called back, the rude technician in room 3 insisted that she could not find my requested labs and that I would need to leave and come back another day. I assured her that my doctor sent them over but she was unwilling to call them or help me any further and told me I’d just have to leave. Great! They were quick and accurate.
Quest laboratories did not open when they were supposed to even when you make an appointment. They're just a bad organization when people really need to get their blood taken. They're never there. They don't open when they say they're opening for when people have to fast before you go. Get your blood done. Very poor all the way around
The employee who took my blood sample was friendly, funny, and extremely efficient. I hate having my blood drawn, but I barely had time to recognize it was happening before it was done. She was excellent. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff who welcomed me in was very pleasant.
