The employee who took my blood sample was friendly, funny, and extremely efficient. I hate having my blood drawn, but I barely had time to recognize it was happening before it was done. She was excellent. The wait time was reasonable, and the staff who welcomed me in was very pleasant.
Knowledgeable staff. Appointments do not save from a 10 minute wait but they do save you from an hour wait
Excellent care
Poor communication. I scheduled an appointment online for the afternoon. When I arrived, there was a handmade sign taped to the door that said they closed early at noon for the day. They had both my email and phone number, so why couldn't they contact me to tell me that my appointment would be canceled? It was a waste of time driving here. Now I have to schedule another appointment and take more time off for this.
