Very unprofessional, the lady that was there was on her phone the entire time discussing how bad it was there with very little staff. I just left and didn’t get my blood work done. 6/172025
Cynthia did my blood work today, she was kind, professional, and quick.
Arrived at 3:50 for blood work. Had to rush from work in DC to get to lab which closes at 4:00. Door was lock and tec refused to take me. Hours should be posted 1:00 to 3:45 if this is the case.
