Arrived at 3:50 for blood work. Had to rush from work in DC to get to lab which closes at 4:00. Door was lock and tec refused to take me. Hours should be posted 1:00 to 3:45 if this is the case.
I re-read the review I posted below, and I think I was a little unfair over one incident. They really are overall OK. They have a lot of turnaround, so I think the one who was a little too rough on me has left, and their crew is usually both polite and very professional. I raise their review to four stars. Ok. So they have a rule, if you are 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment. Fair enough. So easy to check in and scan my cards, waiting room was sufficiently sized, and the person taking my blood was awesome - very competent, friendly, and professional. I also like how the results are presented in a way that's easy for me to understand

I brought my client here twice two separate days to get blood work done. And the young lady could not get him and told me he was dehydrated. He was not dehydrated it was her with her technique. Quest needs to do better and get some people that know exactly what they're doing here. It took her almost 45 minutes to get his orders together.
