I typically don't write reviews, but I feel like my experience is worthy of one to bring awareness to the company. I have had two blood draws here within the last month and both times ended up with a hematoma. First one hurt like heck as she for some reason dug around my veins when I have good veins!! Second one she drew from an odd spot on my arm. I still have a large bruise over a week and a half later, and have never had any issues like this with any other blood draws. This facility is located within a grocery store. Kind of wierd!. My phlebotomist was awesome. I am an extremely hard stick and she worked very hard to try to fine a vein. My one suggestion is to supply each location with a vein finder. My Dr does not use your forms, he uses a prescription pad. His handwriting can be very difficult. My phlebotomist was really great in deciphering his handwriting.
Rude nurse working today!! Not only did I sit there after checking in for 45 plus min she proceeded to yell my name from her office rather walking out to say “No walk-ins” and I’m taking an hour lunch with 4 people when I come back and I will be doing first. I have been using this Quest location for months, and the workers are always courteous, skillful with blood draws, and I am seen within minutes if my scheduled appointment time. Thank you to the phlebotomists here!
I had an appointment today. In order to get a morning appt at this location, you need to schedule a few weeks in advance. My appointment was timely scheduled so that I could have a follow up with my primary. The Quest office did not open on time. I left by the time of my appt and still no one was there. I was forced to stand in line without an appt at Labcorp. At least they go me in within 20 mins. I won't be repeating this mistake again.
