I had a great experience today at Lab Quest on Goshen Rd , Gaithersburg, MD. Blossom was great, gentle and friendly. Im very impressed.
I will never return to this lab and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The phlebotomist who was supposed to draw my blood was extremely rude and full of attitude. I ended up canceling everything and walking out. People who don’t know how to treat others with basic respect are in the wrong profession.
This location is the best. There is never a wait.
Came in for the appointment at 1:10PM. There is nobody till 2PM.
Amazing service by Blossom she is very kind. Totally worth the drive. :)
