The phlebotomist was kind and conversational, but I’m honestly very disappointed in the service…. although I have been to this location maybe two other times and never experienced this. It’s typically very easy for me to get blood work - never any issues finding a vein, etc. this phlebotomist just chose such a strange location… afterwards the area was really tender which isn’t normal for me. This is the area two days later, and in discomfort. That is not how your arm should look after blood work whatsoever.
I was seen quickly at this location, and the service was great. Blossom was very nice, welcoming, and made the whole experience comfortable. I really appreciated the kindness and efficiency here!

I arrived early and the phlebotomist, Blossom, made a special effort to take me before my appointment time. I really appreciated this because I was fasting. She made me so comfortable during the blood draw! Blossom was friendly, yet professional. Thank you, Blossom! Highly Recommend!
