I've been going here for 5 years and I have to say Alicia is hands down the friendliest and most helpful phlebotomist I have ever met! She goes completely above and beyond for patients. While I was waiting I heard her from the waiting room treat a customer with special needs with immense kindness and patience. I can’t speak about every tech that works here since it was our first time, but the one we had today was perfect. Calm, professional, ready for any question, and able to handle a kid with special needs with no hesitation at all. We’ll be back here for all our future blood work.
