The phlebotomist was really nice and successfully drew my blood even though I’m a hard stick. I wish I got her name but I would recommend this location. I had an appointment and did not have to wait when I got there.
These 5 stars are for Blossom who is an extremely talented phlebotomist! Our appointments are always scheduled and she gets us in right on time. She is very kind, patient, and so helpful with any questions or concerns you have. My partner has very dodgy veins and Blossom always manages to have a successful stick the very first try which is such a relief. We are so grateful she is at this facility! As a note, we had a different phlebotomist the other day who was unprofessional, didn't wear protective gear and was quite rude. ... read more
I had a great experience today at Lab Quest on Goshen Rd , Gaithersburg, MD. Blossom was great, gentle and friendly. Im very impressed.
I will never return to this lab and I strongly advise others to avoid it. The phlebotomist who was supposed to draw my blood was extremely rude and full of attitude. I ended up canceling everything and walking out. People who don’t know how to treat others with basic respect are in the wrong profession.
This location is the best. There is never a wait.
