The phlebotomist was extremely friendly respectful and made me feel comfortable
The lab ran out of butterfly kits to draw blood which seemed unusual since that is their main busniness. It's like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. But besideds that the staff was great and very friendly and the whole process took very little time. No wait or delays. Very fast.
My phlebotomist, Adrianna (not sure of spelling), was an absolute delight! She was professional and quite skilled. We had a wonderful conversation during my appointment. She is very friendly and engaging and the appointment was over before I knew it. She seems to enjoy her job she should be commended for her professionalism, skill and outgoing personality.
I love using Quest Diagnostics. It's easy to make an online appointment and there is minimum wait time. Plus I never leave with my arms bruised.
