I just had to walk out of my lab draw. I had a friend with me. This is around 6:15 on 10/22. Neither of us have ever experienced such a rude person in a medical office. The attendant rushed through all of my questions with a sharp tone, even mildly slamming things, was very dismissive and extremely condescending, to the point where myself and my guest had to ask if she was rushing the situation because it made us extremely uncomfortable. My friend and I had a very upsetting experience at this location. My friend has severe anxiety around blood draws. Her doctor prescribed her a single Xanax just for this appointment, which she paid almost $30 for out of pocket. Terrible experience at this location. Multiple staff were rude and unpleasant. I didn’t know I had to leave a urine sample so first I said I would wait there for a bit. Then after they said I’d have to use a water fountain and stay in a certain area I said can I take it home if I need to go back to work and the lady snapped at me that “that’s why she asked if I wanted to go home for it.” She sat there while another lady drew blood in a hurry like she would get yelled at by the lady at the computer if she wasn’t fast enough. ... read more
My attendant was extremely professional and talked me through everything that she was doing and was careful that I was comfortable during my blood draw. She was cheerful and kind.
I love the Cordata Quest location. Check-in is fast, convenient, and simple, I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two and the staff is friendly and gentle.
