Wonderful place and friendly workers Highly recommended
So Rude!!! I had an appointment and showed up early. Lady told me the internet was down and she wouldn't be able to help me and closed the door in my face. No apologies for inconvenience or fact I took time off work. Went another time and same lady said no walk ins accepted even though lab was empty and they have a walk in policy.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional and uncomfortable visit at Quest Diagnostics . The red-headed lady working there was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in. Her attitude was dismissive, cold, and completely out of line for someone working in healthcare. I’m honestly relieved she wasn’t the one drawing my blood, because based on her behavior, I wouldn’t have trusted her with something as simple as customer service, let alone a needle. The couple latest reviews of this lab are completely accurate, one particular lady in this office is extremely rude and will not take any walk ins despite the walk in system and a empty lab. The others are kind though and get you out quickly given a physical lab order. Not sure if the ladies here are unaware, but the booking system is faulty for this location and for over two years I have never been able to book online, so please stop sending people home to book online or fix the system. I walked in their office around 12:25 pm and did a walk-in appointment. The phlebotomist stated that she refuses walk-ins during her lunch break. It looked like she was more interested in stuffing her fat face than taking care of her sick patient. Keep driving if you need lab work done. Definitely do not go to this Quest Diagnostics within the Tom Thumb in Coppell.
