The reviews at this location are absolutely horrible but i have small kids and its summer vacation so i cant go to Flower Mound. I took the advice of all reviews and made an appointment, as apparently this location doesn't take walk it's. I waited 2 weeks for an 8 am appointment which was the only time I could come. Upon arrival I checked in. One lady was in a closed room un boxing things. She didn't acknowledge my existence which was in line with the reviews for this location. The customer service was good but that had to be the most painful blood draw I've ever had. Normally, I have little to no blood on the gauze after they are done but this time the blood went through the gauze. Luckily, it stopped bleeding but I've never experienced that before.

The phlebotomist was so kind, friendly, and efficient! I normally struggle getting my blood drawn, but she was excellent. I also didn't have to wait. Overall great experience!!
They don’t change cloves after touching other patient blood samples, even when touching the disposable box they don’t change it! This is a health violation and hazard
