I walked in their office around 12:25 pm and did a walk-in appointment. The phlebotomist stated that she refuses walk-ins during her lunch break. It looked like she was more interested in stuffing her fat face than taking care of her sick patient. Keep driving if you need lab work done. Definitely do not go to this Quest Diagnostics within the Tom Thumb in Coppell.
