Veronica was kind, efficient and professional and I was happy to be seen so quickly!
When we got there, it was 3:12. We told the lady we were walking in. She said that there are no walk-ins after 3:15, but it was still 3:15. When we told her that, she said "I'm not making an exception." Also, no one was there. Then we had to leave. When we came back the next day, it was normal.
Late getting my blood work done but results back in time for my appointment the next day! Awesom speed. Dec 30, 2025 - Lab Technician was very nice and polite and made me feel like a valued customer. I read several negative reviews on here. Don’t know what the problem was and really doesn’t matter as I’ve used this Coppell location for years ever since it moved into the Tom Thumb location.
