Even though I made an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes because the site was understaffed. Only one tech. The tech was not very good, she stabbed both arms 2-3 times each and then finally had to use a vein in my hand, which took 2 more tries, even though you could clearly see the vein.
Got me in at exact scheduled time and we're quick and efficient.
Sent samples in they told me 24 hours it’s been more than a week. Do not use this company.
