The Asian female technician (I didn’t get her name) was extremely unprofessional and disorganised. I checked in at the kiosk and waited for 45 minutes, only to be told that she would not be doing any more tests for the day from inside the cabin. She didn’t even have the courtesy to come out to the waiting area and communicate this directly. If no more walk-ins were going to be accommodated, the kiosk should have been closed or walk-ins stopped much earlier. The woman working here (I think her name is noyna) is the MOST SWEETEST, KIND, AND HELPFUL doctors I have ever seen. I would always come back to this location to do my tests!
