Really bad with their scheduling
The woman working here (I think her name is noyna) is the MOST SWEETEST, KIND, AND HELPFUL doctors I have ever seen. I would always come back to this location to do my tests!
The testing place was the worst I’ve ever been to. I waited for almost 50 minutes and was asked to reschedule online because they need e-order. My doctor had placed my order online for me and it wasn’t necessary to bring it.
Note that this location is inside Safeway. I was happy with my visit. The check-in was seamless, and I arrived a bit earlier than my appointment time. I didn't need to wait. And the exam was done quickly and efficiently.
I scheduled an appointment and it was fast! The man was so kind and understanding too since I get nervous during lab tests!
