07/18/2025 was standing there for 2 hours I understand I was walk in patient however I can watch on the TV screen 10-25 minutes passed by there weren’t serving anyone, that happened few times. I was there from 3-5PM, In that two hours they only probably served 10 patients. I hope the upper management looks into this because one of their own staff member stopped by and rings the bell waited so long even she got frustrated and went in on her own by using the codes.
