Prompt, easy and excellent phlebotomist.
I waited for 30 minutes to try to get a sample kit and was ignored until I went up and rang the doorbell. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone in the waiting room for 15 minutes. The girls didn't even bother to come out of the back until 2 appointments showed up. The appointments were both in and out within 3-5 minutes. The girls disappeared again until I went up to the door and rang the bell twice. I told her I just needed a sample kit, because obviously they had no intention of drawing my blood.
