The woman who drew my blood was awesome. However, the office and the lobby was not ADA compliant. I'm in a wheelchair. I barely fit through the door. The sign in kiosk was in the way. After signing in, the chairs were in the way. Trying to get i to the blood draw room, the trashcan was in the way. It was EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Once I was finished, everyone sitting in the waiting room had to move and one man had to move one of the chairs in order for me to exit. I was rather embarrassed. I had an appointment today at 4.20pm but I arrived early at 3.10pm , I waited until there was an empty lobby. And I saw Elizatebeth the technician sitting down on the chair holding her phone playing games or watching social because she was laughing and typing at the same time. So I asked her if she would call me up, she said no your appointment is at 4.20pm, I said yes but there is no one here, she said that's the rules.
