I had Codi (female) take my blood on a Friday afternoon. She informed me that they close in 10 mins (although I arrived 40 mins prior to the time they took me). After being rushed by Codi to take my blood, my entire arm was bruised for over a week. I hardly ever bruise from bloodwork but because of Codi rushing and being careless due to it being the end of her shift, my arm still is all bruised. Please address this with your employee. I will never come back here again due to how unprofessional she was.
