Convenient location, no waiting, everyone was pleasant and professional, the lab was clean/spotless.
Wait time was short and staff was professional and efficient.
I brought my daughter in for bloodwork today with both of my kids after rushing to get there, and we arrived 10 minutes late. I completely understand offices have policies and schedules to keep, but what upset me was the lack of compassion. After having me call my doctor to rush over a script, I was then told, “It’s 3:00, we’re closed,” followed by, “I have a family to go home to too.” As a mom trying my best to take care of my child, that comment was honestly defeating. This is a really good location, and the check-in process was easy. Everyone was nice and appeared to be good at their jobs. The only minus was the 1:45 wait.
