On 2/1/2014 @ aprox 915am @ quest 4855 Hylan Blvd with a drs order for blood work and and appointment made online through the above website ..... I am told because my Dr didn t write my name in on the order ....The order is no good .. You have to call your doctor and get another ... ok since the person who drew my blood was fresh out of high school and plenty of brains ...
