I made an appointment using the website and was turned away at the office when I arrived because there wasn’t enough time for them to see me before closing. When I made the appointment i indicated it was for glucose at 11 AM which requires one hour. They close at 12 o’clock but they turned me away because there wasn’t enough time. I'm 60 years old. I have nothing but admiration for workers who are showing up during the virus-nurses, grocery clerks, lab techs. I can only say that I had probably the rudest interaction I have had in 50 years with a lab tech named "chanelle". She was insisting I had to mail a specimen in when 1-the lab itself told me i could mail in or drop off, 2-i had already dropped off here another specimen, 3-when you sign in one of the choices is actually to "drop off specimen".
