I've used this location several times. It's clean and usually efficient. My recent experience gave me a lot of concerns. I explained that I'm a hard stick before we got started. My phlebotomist planned to draw in a spot that no one ever gets blood from- I asked him to keep looking and he told me not to worry about it. He wasn't successful, and he did not speak to me again. Sherique was so kind and delicate with my daughter. She is the best!
I checked in at 8 am and was served at 10 am. I didn't receive an explanation as to why this happened.
Rude and incompetent employees. Contradicting instructions from the system and the employees. Don’t bother choosing the “texting” option to be alerted when it’s your turn. That’s apparently “not something you do.”
Very rude employee. I will never come back to this branch
