The phlebotomist that drew my blood was very kind and pleasant! I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 48 years and this was one of the best experiences that I have had!
I didn't have a good experience this time-- I've used Quest at this location for years and never had a problem! I have never been a hard stick in the past but this time it was terrible-- she tried probably six times- digging in my arm and still not finding the vein-- then she looked at me and said-- I don't know what to do?? Staff was pleasant this time and helpful. The online scheduling and kiosk checkin is needing improvement. There is a delay in the system processing, which can make it frustrating for clients coming to the facility for service.
Prop, professional and friendly
Great experience. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes before, checked in on the app, came in and sat down and waited about a minute or two before being called. Super friendly young lady greeted me and explained the process (simple blood draw). She was very friendly and professional. Bonus: I didn't even feel the needle stick! Definitely recommend.
