Staff was pleasant this time and helpful. The online scheduling and kiosk checkin is needing improvement. There is a delay in the system processing, which can make it frustrating for clients coming to the facility for service.
Prop, professional and friendly
Great experience. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes before, checked in on the app, came in and sat down and waited about a minute or two before being called. Super friendly young lady greeted me and explained the process (simple blood draw). She was very friendly and professional. Bonus: I didn't even feel the needle stick! Definitely recommend.
No 1 in Front 2 help u .They stay in the back & when u keep ringing the bell they will come up but they won't help u .They expect u 2 use a Freaken Kiosk never Mind if u have never Used 1.. ThisPlace is When it Comes to Mrs Marjorie & Mrs Jacqeline is Fantastic.. I Love the Ladies . I just don't Like that there is no 1 up Front & u have 2 use a Kiosk
