I’m very impressed with the fast and efficient service at Quest Diagnostics. They take care of you quickly, the office is consistently clean and well-organized, and I always receive my results the very next day. I go to the Roadway location in Washington Heights, and every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommended!
A completely unprofessional place. Forced to wait over 45 minutes and then they did not have any of my information (whichI confirmed my doctor sent over). I understand mistakes happened and information gets lost, but If you didn't have the necessary information don't sent up an appointment and make people take time off from work for no reason
The young woman who drew my blood was kind, funny, informed, and worked flawlessly. I honestly didn't feel a thing during the process. She was a pro. Give her a raise!
I’ve always had a fast and easy experience here There are usually many appointments available online or you can walk-in. I’ve never had to wait long, and the staff are kind and accommodating. Gladys is a ray of sunshine ☀️
