Quick and easy. The door was hard to find, had to speak to somebody. 1st floor corridor to the right, the door is 2,nd or 3rd to the left:)
The phlebotomist was excellent, very pleasant and skilled. I am a physician myself so I know a good phlebotomist and she is one.
I made an appointment but was 20m late because of road work. I didnt have the flexibility to reschedule since it took me 45m to get there. The nurse was nice enough to tell me to take the walk-in slot and she'll fit me after the next patient. That was very kind of her to help me in that way!!
They routinely do not get labs that are sent by my doctor so I have to go back to the office to get a physical copy or have them fax it again. This has happened several times from different doctors. Last week my doctor's office faxed the lab 3 different times on 3 different days, yet the technician could not find any of them. This happened a few months ago as well. Very poor service.
