I always schedule an appointment which makes it easier and also check in goes quickly. I have the MyQuest App and it is not easy to navigate and you have a very difficult time getting your results. If you request them mailed to you make sure you let them know when you get there or they seem to have an attitude as I learned from previous appointments.
Every time someone in my family goes there we are harassed by Jess H it something every time slightly different each time but all revolves arround her not wanting to do her job it appears I am reporting her to quest ive had enough ive left in tears from there because of her you don't know what people are goin through it's not hard to do your job and be nice while doing it and also ya know sometimes when people are goin to get blood drawn its not a happy reason and to be in any type of Healthcare and think it's ok to treat pe... read more
