Last time I was there they had 1 person working and I waited over an hour and fin a lly left. Was not aware you needed an appointment and I don't think it would have made a difference.
I'm so glad this lab is available to us and the staff is great.
Kind and engaging technician.
The check in is efficient but very impersonal. I understand this is s cost saving method but certainly deprives lower level staff a job. Also I did not see lab staff us any hand cleaning method between patients, but may have missed that. However, I was not asked to verbally verify my name and date of birth, which I am sure is a standard of care!
