The check in is efficient but very impersonal. I understand this is s cost saving method but certainly deprives lower level staff a job. Also I did not see lab staff us any hand cleaning method between patients, but may have missed that. However, I was not asked to verbally verify my name and date of birth, which I am sure is a standard of care!
If you order through Ulta Health, you get a tremendous discount. Quest is very well run with excellent staff. I got my results in one day.
Friendly and Professional
Will let you set in the waiting room for an hour knowing they won’t get to you before they tell you they have an affiliate you can go to. Complete and utter lack of respect for the consumer. Money grabbing unprofessional behavior.
