I know these are trying times but I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Two times dealing with these people and is hasn't changed. I will never go back to this site looking for another one currently. Being rude doesn't equate to feeling safe. BE NICE MOST PEOPLE ARE ALREADY STRESSED.
RecommendedThey are the best. Fast .Friendly. Efficient and accurate. But most of all Kudos to DANNIELLE. She is the best. I am the most nervous scared patient ever. Her bedside manner always helps me calm down. She is nice professional quick and painless. This is my third time going to her for blood work. And she is so patient with me. The second I see her, I know I'm in good hands. Give this woman a raise. She deserves it. I appreciate her so much.
By Far the best laboratory in Volusia county. As they say, I am a hard stick. The phlebotomist are very careful and caring not to hurt patients. My lab results were passed to my doctors and myself within 24 hours. Make sure you sign up for My Quest. Make sure you see the phlebotomist Theresa for the best service. Rude... RUDE . each person is having issues w SF check in backing up the line. one girl came up got snooty with the patient and left him hanging to figure it out himself. However on a good note Danielle was amazing she was done before I even knew she put the needle in my arm
