If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My visit began with a phone call to ask a simple question when I was rudely told, "You need to make an appointment or drop in. I have people here in my face and do not have time for you." This woman was so rude and unprofessional. Being an optimist, I scheduled an appointment. BIG MISTAKE! My appointment was at 9:15.
