Once again, efficient, professional and friendly service at this Quest location inside of Tom Thumb Southlake. Easy to schedule, text reminders and text check-in, virtually no waiting.
The phlebotomist was simply excellent! She was kind, friendly, extremely good at her job and professional. A plus was her sense of humor!
Great experience with Cheryl in Southlake. She was gentle and reassuring with my son. She got a vein on the first try which is rare for us. We will be going to that location from now on.
I couldn't get onto a live person on the phone.
Second time in the last year that I’ve scheduled an appointment with you and I show up ten minutes prior to my appointment and you have a sign on the door saying no staff available today please go on line and reschedule!!! I drove to next closest location and was treated as a walk in waiting over 60 miles to get a simple blood draw.
