I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Winchester. The location was easy to find with plenty of convenient parking. The office was clean, and the check-in process was quick and simple. Scheduling my appointment online was easy, and I was called back right at my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. This is the best Quest lab. I’ve gone for three years to get my blood drawn and the Phlebotomist is the best I’ve ever experienced. I have deep veins so I have terrible anxiety getting blood drawn unless it’s from her. She is friendly, efficient, always called me within 10 minutes of my appointment. I did my appt online, walked in, clicked in here to a text I received and was called at my my appointment time. There was a patient before me and she was finished five minutes before my appointment.
