Very easy to make appt via app. Very reasonable collection time availability slots. Phlebotomist was polite, professional, and my wait time was minimal. My results were available next day via the app, with results and normal ranges readily visible and any abnormals flagged clearly. My ordering/treating physician was prompted on my results. I'm an incredibly hard person to draw blood from so this was a treat. Not only was I in and out in like 15 minutes. 1 stick. It was great. Highly recommend.
Went in for a blood draw, the lab worker was very brief with her words. No real greeting, didn't have a choice on which arm was drawn, no explanation for what was going to happen.
I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Winchester. The location was easy to find with plenty of convenient parking. The office was clean, and the check-in process was quick and simple. Scheduling my appointment online was easy, and I was called back right at my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated.
