The services available from Quest are great for getting my blood tested. The office in Winchester is excellent and extremely friendly. All of my online experience both ordering and scheduling my appointment was simple. Thank you Quest.
I have been to this lab two times and I will NEVER return and cannot recommend it. The first time the phlebotomist had to try twice to draw my blood for routine lab work. Today I was stuck 5 times and she "could not get" enough blood for the tests ordered, only filling 2 of 4 vials. My right forearm is bruised. She clearly was incapable of finding a vein and rude about it as well. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been using this location for over a year now and Catherine has helped me a few times. She is always very quick and easy, and accommodating. Even though I was 20 min late for my appointment I just checked in as a Walk in. The kiosk warned me that it could be a very long wait bc of being a walk in, but I was still in and out in less than 10 min total. Thanks for always being so quick and easy :)
Listen to the rest of the low rated reviews. I’ve been here multiple times with appointments and have always dealt with unhelpful and unpleasant attitudes. Took time off of work and my appointment wouldn’t be honored because of an insurance issue. Even spoke with billing and they said it would ultimately be up to the location, but the person scheduled in office couldn’t be bothered to even work with me after offering to pay the current estimate in full and make an arrangement to pay the balance after following up with insura... read more
