Quick and easy
Advertised as walk-ins are welcome, when we did the employee was very rude to even answer any question. We made the appointment did the blood work they gave some stuff to do at home without any instructions. Not a professional experience.
Zero ability to make an appt. Phone menu is a complete joke and a total barrier to actually speaking to someone. Would be hilarious if not so pathetically broken and inept. Taking my business elsewhere.
Phlebotomist is so nice and professional! A real gem!
