I was in and out in 7 minutes. Very quick and very pleasant staff.
I was in and out quite quickly. The staff was kind and listened to my needs. I felt minimal pain and at my request was given very clear explanations of what was going to happen, which soothed my worries. The person tending to me was understanding and lighthearted and I felt safe.
My technician was sooooooo awesome, she was just the absolute best, she could tell my apprehension of getting blood drawn, and she was so kind and also just savvy about the way she used to calm me with humor that was perfect and soothing. She also used informative education to reduce and distract and I thought that was just too cool, how she explained this is this and that is that and this will do this, sooooo interesting, I hardly paid any attention to the blood drawn! also she didn;t hurt my arm, she was really good at put... read more
