I would like to express my disappointment with the service we received. If a patient arrives before closing time, takes a ticket, and waits inside the facility, they should be seen. It is not acceptable to make patients wait only to tell them they cannot be helped because the system has already been shut down. In our case, the patient was a two-year-old child who needed a blood draw. Despite arriving before closing and waiting our turn, we were asked to leave because the system was no longer available.
