Just awful service. Avoid this location like the plague. They will mispronounce your name then just skip over you, and once you confront them they basically tell you tough crap. The people here have no sense of urgency and just relax behind the glass while they have a lobby full of people.

I went to this location as a walk in. While the check in computer had an issue and said it registered me, it actually didn’t. That’s okay though, because my phlebotomist, Shannon, more than made up for the little tech issue. She was absolutely amazing. I have small, deep veins that like to roll and Shannon used her expertise to get the job done on the first go. All of the other staff seemed to genuinely like one another and were friendly to me as well. 10/10 experience.

Lleve a mi niña de 3 años y no hubo nadie que pudiera realizar el laboratorio correctamente . Le picaron sus dos brazos para nada nunca dieron con la vena. Y solo me mandaron a otro lugar después de que mi niña lloró con la picada en los dos brazos!! Si no están preparados para realizar estudios en niños deberían informar al respecto
