I would like to express my disappointment with the service we received. If a patient arrives before closing time, takes a ticket, and waits inside the facility, they should be seen. It is not acceptable to make patients wait only to tell them they cannot be helped because the system has already been shut down. Quest seems to have their collection centers conveniently located in neighborhoods and near business centers. I had a lot of options for getting tested and chose the location on Fry Road near Kingsland Blvd. I was one of the first folks in line that morning and waited 3-4 minutes and then a friendly technician called me in. Maybe 7-8 mins later I was walking out with all the paperwork and blood sampling complete. I don't know the name of the staff member who drew my child's blood. She attempted to draw blood from both of my child's arms and had to reposition the needle multiple times, which caused my child significant pain. While the other staff members were kind, she maintained an unpleasant attitude throughout the visit. She also did a poor job securing the bandage afterward. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
