Pros: *Convenient location for Katy *Was within 10 minutes of my pre-scheduled time Cons: *Very full seating area and not a lot of room. *Located outside of the actual building. *Left huge bruise on my arm.
Excellent service! They prioritize guests with appointments. I do not recommend walk in. Make sure you have an appointment.
I had an excellent experience at this Quest location thanks to Laura and Licy. I’m a very difficult stick, but they took their time to carefully find the best vein instead of rushing. They got my blood on the first try, which rarely happens! I also appreciated that they treated me like a person, not just another patient. They were patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn’t have to wait long, and the overall experience was outstanding.
