Waited an hour just for them to come out saying it can take up to 2 hours. Didn't help that my garbage pediatric didnt set an appointment so I had to do it as a walk in. Short staff thats always the excuse
Great experience! One of the best locations in the Katy area. If possible, go with Cory! He’s one of the best in that location (customer oriented, genuine, energetic).
Clean, neat facility. Well organized. We walked in and got our appointment scheduled really quick and easy. Staff was very professional and patient. I didn't feel any pain for my blood draw. High recommend.
Pros: *Convenient location for Katy *Was within 10 minutes of my pre-scheduled time Cons: *Very full seating area and not a lot of room. *Located outside of the actual building. *Left huge bruise on my arm. EDIT: Added a photo with a picture of my arm 1 week after getting blood drawn. It looks worse. Moved review down to 1 star.
