I was walk in. I work during the day and just came after work. I arrived at the place at 10:3am. My appointed time was 1:10. I literally sat the whole entire time waiting. There were several lulls in people coming and going and no one came to get me during the down time. Then my appointed time was moved to 1:40 with no warning.
