Technician was very polite and professional. I informed her of difficulties others have had when trying to draw blood from me (I have difficult veins) and she listened and did exactly what I asked her to
this (Snellville,Ga) location was totally uncrowded- unlike my experience with the Decatur location! The technician was friendly, quick and efficient.
My appointment was at 0900. Signed in and was in the chair getting labs done by 0908. Great experience and very professional.
First time visiting any Quest location. Checkin was a breeze. Amy took my blood & was an absolute pro. I’m usually hard to stick (since my veins don’t show). She stuck the needle in first time just by feel (a first in over fifteen years) and I was on my way mere minutes later. Very positive experience. Thanks Amy!
