I have a scheduled visit. I was called immediately. The nurse was kind, friendly, skilled, and efficient. It is usually difficult to take my blood. This time it only took about 2-3 minutes. Thank you
So unprofessional! When you arrive they will be in the back yapping and having you waiting. Just to come to the front, notice they had patients waiting and,!come up with an excuse for why they can’t see you. Do better, and stop wasting peoples time!
Absolutely recommend this location. The phlebotomist was outstanding, professional, patient, and incredibly kind. This was my daughter’s first blood draw, and she was very anxious. We even had to step out briefly so she could regroup, but when we returned, we were welcomed back with reassurance and positivity. The phlebotomist made a thoughtful decision to draw from her hand due to mild dehydration, which made all the difference. I called ahead to confirm the drug test cutoff time and was told they accept tests until 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:15. When I walked in, no one was at the front desk. I said “hello” twice just to get someone’s attention. I heard someone in the back say “we’ll be there shortly,” but no one came out for about 20 minutes. I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics in Snellville, Georgia on Friday, March 27. My technician was very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this location to others.
