My technician was super friendly, very efficient and made the whole visit short and sweet!! She was wonderful!!
Had a great experience. Got called back to the lab on our appt time and Amy was pleasant and gentle
Ridiculous wait time with an appointment or walk in. I showed up for my appointment right on time. The screen shows 23 people checked in for the next hour. Appointment at 10:40 am. There are 5 people ahead of my appointment time. I did edit review and give one more star because the young lady who called me back was super sweet.
Technician was very polite and professional. I informed her of difficulties others have had when trying to draw blood from me (I have difficult veins) and she listened and did exactly what I asked her to
this (Snellville,Ga) location was totally uncrowded- unlike my experience with the Decatur location! The technician was friendly, quick and efficient.
