This Quest location was clean and inviting. The Patient Service Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The Patient Service Technician made the experience excellent.
Only reason I give this location two stars is because of the sweet phlebotomist that came in and saved the day. I was poked multiple times by Jason as he very adamantly told me he's been doing this for 25 years so my request for not using a certain spot was not acceptable. After missing my vein twice another very kind woman took over. When I shared with him that I hope he was humbled by his inability to confidently draw blood, he said no and that I could go to lake Orion.
