I had an appointment they refuse to see me several other people had appointments they refuse to see them. They are understaffed and overbooked.

Employees at this location act like they don’t get paid to provide the service. Simply a terrible experience.

the tech came out, wouldn’t tell me her name, mowed me over and said she was done for the day so she would not be taking my appointment. an appointment i made online and had already been checked in for. she was waving her fingers in my face and saying she didn’t have to see me because i was late (by 4 minutes) and then told me i didn’t have an appointment at all. disgusting service and hateful employees.

There is zero respect for your time. I have been waiting more than one hour to be call for my “appointment“. *Update: Another wasted hour of my life to leave a sample, this is the worst company around to do your labs.
