This location (Teton Medical Center) is obviously understaffed, as the 20 min. wait after a scheduled appointment time showed. Mobile check-in only, and no front office staff. Corners have been cut at every turn when it comes to health and hygiene at this location. There is a single, unisex bathroom used for depositing/handling bodily fluids and samples. We got yelled at because we walked in 20 minutes before closed. We were seen only after we argued that this supposed company policy is not posted anywhere. Then we were told they were very busy, so that results will take a week to receive. What?? The previous lab we used before United Healthcare changed providers would have our results in less than an hour. We would NOT use Quest Diagnostics if we weren't forced to by our insurance.
Scheduled online and I’m still waiting an hour and a half later… there’s a real disconnect between corporate and what’s going on in the clinic. Looking for other locations at the moment
There’s no receptionist. Even if you schedule an apt which we did we sat in the waiting room for an hour and half with no info of when we would be next other than the tv screen! We won’t ever come back
