Honestly the wait is too long and I can tell they do it on purpose so it gets close to closing time and tell the people in the wait room that they can’t take them anymore. I checked in at 2:30pm and they said they can’t take me when it literally was EMPTY!
This was an awful experience for my son and me. He's a neurodivergent eight years old, so the idea of getting blood drawn was scary for him. The staff here ignored my suggestions for the best ways to make him comfortable, instead yapping incessantly and asking him a million questions without waiting for his answers, which had the opposite result of calming him. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. They made the process quick, comfortable, and stress-free. Truly appreciate their care and expertise!
2 times just within the past few months my labs were not at the norfolf quest!!! Very frustrating and just this week there were 3 in the wiring room having the same issue. Lab girl is staying to everyone "that they are staying wide" well you guys needs to get your stuff together.
