Poor customer service and unprofessional conduct by phlebotomist I do not recommend this facility. The staff phlebotomist was very rude, argued with me, and cut me off while I was trying to explain why I came in. I was there for a 3-hour glucose test during pregnancy, and she looked at the order in her hand and argued with me about the doctor who ordered the test. Positive experience. Very skilled technicians. Easy to schedule online appointment. Had to wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes before being seen.
Went to quest in Taunton and the lab tech Christine rocks! I’m a tough stick! She e it first try, and I didn’t feel anything! And best of all no bruise!
They never have my blood orders. They lose my blood have to go back in to redo my blood. They have done my Wife's blood work on me. Some of the staff are not there to help patients. When you call Quest they never return your call. They SUCK
Very unprofessional and rude staff! Staff need to be retrained regarding how to appropriately respond to clients in a positive and polite manner. Making comments about clients in the background is not only rude but unprofessional and inappropriate.
