Quest at 2000 Preserve Lake suite B in Covington. We went today for bloodwork. Great experience. No wait time, and Tanya was excellent with communication and blood draw. Very clean.
Quick and easy. Friendly staff. The Google maps location is wrong and much farther away. The correct address is 2000 preserve lake Dr. 70433
The easiest bloodwork I’ve ever had! Mrs. Doree was AMAZING! I’ve had to do a ton of bloodwork lately and this has to be my best experience! I didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend making an appointment to see Mrs. Doree if you need to get things done! :) the office was easy to find and very comfortable as well.
I had never come here before and needed to do routine bloodwork. I did not have an appointment (the automated phone recording says walk-ins are fine) and asked a lady who came out of the door where to check in. She immediately (and with a very rude tone) insisted they do not accept walk-ins and proceeded to school me that I would have to make one at the kiosk and come back later.
