The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! There is NO GREETING , no WARM welcome ! There is no COMMUNICATION other than it sounds harsh, rude, and angry ! And I mean extreme anger. I had to make two trips because the first trip Sharnetta wouldn’t even check the computer for my documents that were electronically sent over. This location needs to be SHUT DOWN.
Sharetta was Amazing! She made me feel comfortable as I do not like to watch getting blood taken, she was very nice, professional, was excellent at her job and was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions! She had a full waiting area and was obviously the ONLY person there to be at the front desk, answer questions from walk ins, login in patients and take blood from patients. This is my favorite lab in Salisbury. The lady who runs it singlehanded is very good at taking blood and is diligent in doing her job correctly. She is a nice person, too. People who think otherwise should go to the city and see how they treat you there. You have no idea.
