Sharon is a one-woman show at the Quest in Salisbury, MD. She is extremely kind, professional and efficient. My veins are tiny. Sharon took the time to actually look and feel around to choose the right veins to give a try. She got the blood with just one stick. I was in and out fast. I truly appreciated her welcoming demeanor. I hope Quest compensates this woman according to her worth. (Shower her with bonuses and/or a raise!)
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! There is NO GREETING , no WARM welcome ! There is no COMMUNICATION other than it sounds harsh, rude, and angry ! And I mean extreme anger. I had to make two trips because the first trip Sharnetta wouldn’t even check the computer for my documents that were electronically sent over. This location needs to be SHUT DOWN.
Sharetta was Amazing! She made me feel comfortable as I do not like to watch getting blood taken, she was very nice, professional, was excellent at her job and was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions! She had a full waiting area and was obviously the ONLY person there to be at the front desk, answer questions from walk ins, login in patients and take blood from patients.
