Their check in system was down which isnt a problem, but they didnt clarify it also applied to the mobile app which I used. I heard a woman mumble to herself "good lord" and then barrel out to tell me to check in with the paper. I asked even if I had the app and not just via kiosk. She berates me for asking, and I'm already in not a great mood from hearing her complaining in her office. She then goes back to her office and mutters again, clearly annoyed. I have nothing but great things to say! Quiet clean buildings, lots of seating and easy kiosk check in! The blood draw was incredible! One stick, painless no digging or wiggling, didn't even leave a mark. 100% recommend.
Mrs Sharon is the sweetest, the ONLY reason 5 stars. Everything else I wouldn’t give any stars. Building needs updating, safety needs as well and also should hire more people here.
Had appointment at 1:00. Got there and sign on the door says CLOSED!
It’s terrible that you have one person running the whole building by herself. Disgusting. Any future lab work I need, I will not be going to Quest. Terrible how you treat your employees. I hope she finds a job that treats her better
