My appointment was easy from start to finish. Zoey my technician was excellent! She was very kind and friendly. She explained everything that she was doing. She was so professional and didn't have me sitting there a long time.
The lab technician was absolutely fantastic. I am a very difficult draw she got it on the first draw and was spot on. I am extremely happy with her service.

They really need to state they will not take walk ins after 3-3:30pm. I came in at 3:30 they waiting until 3:45 to tell me they took their last appointment and are not taking anyone else. I said why did it allow me to sign in? The lady continued to say the same thing over and over multiple times it was clearly condescending. When she finally walked away her and a tech started talking about me. I could hear them. I get it its Friday. A lot of people work and take time off work to handle things.
