Easy to book an appt and check in through the app. The iPad in the lobby was not working so great, but managed to navigate.

FIrst, login was not efficient. Second, my phlebotomist was new and apparently inexperienced. She couldn't find veins in either arm so used one in my hand. This was very painful and very slow. I will choose another lab next time.

The many benefits of receiving Lab services from Quest = The ease with which to schedule, and reschedule my appointment (several times, I must confess); The office is close to my home. I walked in the door announced my arrival on the app and was called back by before I could sit down. As always, the tech was kind, efficient and personable; the office was clean, organized and roomy. I made an appt for a blood draw as per my Dr who sent in the request via computer. When I arrived in room 1 the tech “Brent” who was shaking all over by the way, insisted on some type of paper which he said was like a prescription. I told him I have been going here for over 20 YEARS and the request was always sent via computer. Technician was flexible with me since I'd forgotten my lab slip at home so she was able to fit me in when I returned. She was friendly and interested in me as a person.
