Insufficient care for the elderly. I booked an online appointment for my father, who is in his late 70s and not familiar with technology. His appointment was set for 9:50 a.m. He arrived at 9:30 a.m. and requested assistance with the kiosk check-in from a staff member. He was informed that help would be given shortly. I always use Quest. Super convenient. I recommend considering to do a walk-in even if you don’t see appointment times available the same day. I walked in around 10 on Friday and was called back within 5 minutes. The check in process is very easy and seamless. The lady that helped me was sooo sweet! I don’t remember her name though! But since I tend to faint when I get blood drawn, she was so kind in making sure I stayed distracted, letting me lie down, and chatting/waiting with me as I drank cold water to make sure I was rea... read more

Seriously, no one go here if you can avoid it at all costs. My poor mother went here for my disabled father who is very ill and she had to wait over an hour just to simply drop off a sample. We tried to call ahead of time but there is no way to get ahold of anyone. Not only did they dismiss her and make her wait longer when she told them she needed to get home to him, they yelled at her after she was already in tears over what is going on with my dad. Quest labs are wonderful.The staff at Rio Lindo has always been attentive, professional and efficient. I can only praise their skills and the way I've been treated by all of them.
