Sign-in tech (2 cubicles) not working. No staff present in waiting room to monitor/assist with sign in process. Staff had non-supportive attitude.
I was the first time in this branch, and thanks God I found Trisha, she's the best phlebotomist ever, and very kind person. I can give her infinite starts ! Thanks Trisha for made my day today! You are the best.
This was a followup to an excellent visit for blood. I rated the blood draw a 10. It was done well and competently. I was asked to provide a 24 hour urine sample for the second part of the test. My husband took it when done and and signed in. Staff coming to the inner door for others told him he had to wait and that they didn’t see his sign in on the computer, but he got a number when he did it.
