Quest at 1411 N. Flagler Dr., West Palm has the cream of the crop for phlebotomists. Lily worked with me yesterday and as always, did a perfect and exacting job. Besides that, she is sweet and has a great personality.
Quest is always an excellent job very professional and they know what they’re doing
The staff works hard but this location was remodeled to remove the customer window. Every time I come there is a long line to check in at 1 machine with people struggling to get it to work. The card holder on the machine is broken, it didnt accept the QR code and I end up standing there helping elderly guests who are unable to get their reservation to pop up. Used to be great- find another location now.
