There was a nurse that I’ve never seen before. She was oriental and she was a brute. She was very rude. Her face was just angry looking the whole time and I normally watch everyone take my blood with no problem, but she hurt me and pulled up on my vein as she went in And I was telling her I was feeling a lot of pain and she just looked at me weird normally my arm looks like this after I give blood the next day, but this is instantly bruising swelling of the vein and when she took The needle out blood squirted I don’t know wh... read more

A week later still have a quarter sized bruise on my arm. I don't recommend this place.

This location has patched up the customer service window, relegating all customers to an impersonal kiosk. This makes it difficult to ask questions of staff that wouldn't pertain to checking in or even requiring assistance with the check-in process. More and more of your locations are doing this, which makes our choice to go to other lab facilities more amenable. 12/2025 - Now only one kiosk. Just sit there and watch other customers try to check in themselves. With no customer service available, it is better to try elsewhere... read more

I had a great experience at this quest. I was only a check in and came in when they open and saw they had 20+ appointments within the next hour- I thought I was going to be waiting a long time but I was seen within 20 minutes by Lilly who did amazing! I didn’t feel a thing. It was very quick and everyone there is very efficient and nice.

I liked the virtual check in. My wait time was less than 5-minutes. The phlebotomist who assisted me was very friendly and competent. Her stick was excellent, I barely felt a thing.
